Froze in transit

The product was frozen when it got here and once it thawed there was no stirring or shaking it to mix it back together. Stayed the consistency of water, so hard to tell how good it was. Love all other products here!

We were not aware that this was even a possibility. We have issued a full refund for the product.

Love this product

I love this body wash & it is really good for my sensitive skin. Dont skip the shaking process though, it really does make a difference!
