I use a small spatula or spoon and apply directly onto the toothbrush and rinse thoroughly. I can’t really say that my teeth are any cleaner but a least it’s fluoride free.

I am allergic to an ingredient in commercial toothpaste. I love this , my teeth are whiter and brighter, my mouth and teeth are clean and no pain!!! It is so worth any price!!
